Electrostatic Spray Atomizers

EFC air atomizing guns are designed for electrostatic application of solvent based, waterborne high solids and clear coat paints. They are engineered from high performance thermoplastic polymers to be lightweight and easily carried by most robot arms.

The Solv-Saver® has been designed from a high performance, engineered plastic and is suitable as a drop-in cleaning component to most color changer rack systems.
CCR ColoRak®
The EFC Color Changer Rack System is engineered to provide complete flow through, fast color changes, and excellent paint circulation in a compact, lightweight package. Features microvalve technology and modular architecture for an unlimited number of colors.

Electronics

UP-200/500 Electrostatic Power Supply
The FM approved UP-200 supplies up to 100kV at 200uA and has industry leading safety features. The UP-500 can supply 100kV at 500uA.
TSC-400 Turbine Speed Controller
The TSC-400 provides accurate closed-loop speed control of four air turbine motors.
AFC-400 Shaping Air Flow Controller
The AFC-400 provides reliable control and monitoring of shaping air pressure and flow rate.
FRC-200 Fluid Flow Rate Controller
The FRC-200 provides independent or binary flow rate control of 1 or 2 liquids.
